Bin collection

Grey bins are collected every other Friday on non-recycling Fridays (which don't have an "R" beside them in the Calendar).
Blue bins, brown bins, black boxes / blue bags are collected every alternate Friday. The Recycling Fridays are shown in the Calendar by an "R" next to the relevant date.

Older people’s activities

The Uttoxeter Forum 50+ is run by the 50+ population for the 50+ population. Its aims include:

The Second Half Activity Programme is organised by East Staffordshire Borough Council for people over the age of 50. It aims to provide a range of interesting sessions, which people may be inspired to further in their own time. Activities are normally organised over three, 10 week terms (like school terms). The University of the Third Age encourages life long learning for those in middle age or over and retired or not in full time employment. As well as providing on-line courses, an active local group holds meetings and social events. Contact Audrey Brown 01889 569608

Parish Council

Uttoxeter Rural Parish Council meets every month, other than January and August, alternately at Stramshall and Bramshall VIllage Halls. The first meeting of each year is in February at Bramshall.
